- 2 cups hot milk (do not boil)

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups cubed white bread
- 5 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Put cubed bread into 8 inch X 11 inch baking dishand sprinkle with cinnamon (to taste)
- Heat milk and butter in a sauce pan or in a microwave oven
- Add sugar and vanilla and stir to dissolve thesugar
- Add slowly to the beaten aggs while stirring
- Pour over the bread
- Push all bread under the milk
- Bake until a knife inserted comes out clean andpudding puffs up
- Cool
