Upon your request, Casino Pauma will supply you with a Win-Loss Statement. We honor your privacy and will accept only personal requests only from individual members. - Come into the casino and request a copy at the Shasta Club desk.
- We can mail your Win/Loss Statement to the street address on file in our Shasta Club database.
- If your email address is on file in your account, we can email you a pdf file of your statement. We cannot email to any other address except what is in your account.
- We can fax your statement, but we need a faxed copy of your valid photo ID, with a short written, signed statement giving us permission to fax to a specific fax number.

To change your mailing address, add or change your email address, or request a faxed copy, send a photocopy of your valid photo ID with a short written and signed statement, giving us permission to change or add information into your Shasta Club account. The 'Account Statement' can easily be requested as follows:
- Log into your HarrahsCasino.com account and visit the 'Lobby'.
- Click 'My Profile' and select 'Account Statement' from the drop down list.
- If using a mobile click on the menu icon and select 'Account Statement'
- Enter the required 'From' and 'To' dates.
- Click the 'Request Report' button.
- Finally, a pop-up's displayed confirming that your request has been submitted.
- The report results will then be displayed on screen, you can save it as a .pdf file.
- If you require account information dating back more that 180 days (6 months), please contact us.
